Terms of Use

Account creation. In order to use certain features of the Site, you need to register for an account and provide certain information. You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and that you will maintain its accuracy.

Account responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

Verification. We may require identity verification — including document and face (KYC) checks — for accounts or orders flagged as high-risk, and may suspend or limit the account until verification is completed.

Certain restrictions. The rights granted to you in these Terms are subject to the following restrictions:

• you shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or its content;
• you shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Site;
• you shall not access the Site in order to build a similar or competitive website, product, or service;
• except as expressly stated, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form.

Modification. Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site in whole or in part, with or without notice, and will not be liable for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content are owned by Company or its suppliers. These Terms do not transfer any rights, title, or interest in such intellectual property to you.

Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Site, you assign to Company all rights in such feedback, and Company may use it in any manner it deems appropriate, treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Products and pricing. Product descriptions, specifications, and prices may change without notice. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment. We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT (TRON) through third-party payment providers. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout; your provider may apply its own exchange rates and rules.

Digital delivery. Deliverables are sent to the email address registered on your account once payment is confirmed. Your account email is the delivery address — keep it accurate and accessible.

Refunds. Sales are subject to our Sales and Refunds policy, available at /refunds, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to indemnify and hold Company, including its officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Third-party links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, which are not under our control and for which we are not responsible. You use all third-party links and services at your own risk.

Other users. Your interactions with other Site users are solely between you and such users. Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such interactions.

Release. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Company from disputes, claims, and liability arising directly or indirectly out of the Site, including interactions with other users or third-party services.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms remain in full force while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site, including your account, at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use in violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes. These Terms are subject to occasional revision. If we make substantial changes we may notify you by email or by posting notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute resolution. You agree that any dispute between you and Company relating to the Site or these Terms will first go through informal resolution: send written notice to support@chameleon.com with your name, contact information, account email, and a description of the dispute, and the parties will attempt to resolve it in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may finally resolve it through binding arbitration, except that individual claims may be asserted in small claims court and either party may seek equitable relief in court for intellectual-property infringement. YOU AND COMPANY AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@chameleon.com within 30 days after first becoming subject to it.

Export compliance. You agree to comply with applicable export and import control laws and not to export, reexport, or transfer any products or technical data in violation of those laws.

Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from Company in electronic form and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Entire terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Site. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect.
